Applied Methods Inc is an analytics company on a mission to develop data driven product solutions to the Grand Challenges for Engineering in the 21st Century as proposed by the National Academy of Engineering (NAE). Data driven product solutions are software products that analyze data and generate recommendations.

We are currently developing a solution to the challenge – “Advancing Health Informatics”. The first challenge requires solutions that address problems in the acquisition, management, and use of information in health. The specific topic that we will address within the challenge domain is the conversion of health insurance coverage data into useful information about healthcare acquisition and financing.
