EMC, a privately held manufacturer of electronic devices and wireless technology located in Howard County, MD, will receive a custom software solution that estimates the likely transactional value and risk profile of a business.  The software solution will support decision-making by converting financial data and relevant market data into strategic information.  The President of EMC will use the business valuation tool to manage risk, to track valuation changes over time, and to make decisions that will yield higher valuations over time.
